This is our most comprehensive package. It is designed for the most discerning of brides. A Midsummer Night Weddings will be there from start to finish, helping you plan virtually every aspect of your wedding day.
- Initial complimentary consultation with bride and groom
- Unlimited consultations and meetings via phone, email and in person
- Budget development and management
- Planning Itinerary
- Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- Event design, theme and decor concept development. We will ensure your wedding design has a cohesive feeling from beginning to end. This includes, but is not limited to, invitations, floral designs and decor, day of stationary, lighting, favors, table design, etc.
- Etiquette advisement
- Invitation, stationery, favor, and gift selection
- Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories (if needed)
- Recommending suitable vendors (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, officiator, photographer, ideographer, musicians, etc.)
- Vendor referrals
- Arrange vendor appointments and accompany you to vendors when necessary
- Contract review and negotiation
- Manage vendor relations
- Menu tasting and assistance with menu selections and details
- Final site(s) walk through
- Tracking RSVPs and calling those who did not respond
- Providing Information to obtain marriage license and name change
- Assist with finding appropriate guest accommodations and offering guidance on selecting out of town guest bags, baskets, gifts, etc.
- Ceremony planning
- Rehearsal coordination and instruction
- Assistance with finding a rehearsal dinner location
- Creating and distributing wedding day itinerary to bridal party and vendors if necessary
- Final vendor conformations and distribution of driving directions if necessary
